1. Prepare for the monthly schedule report of Emerald Wireless Tech Inc. including Importation and SAWT.
2. Receiving, monitoring and recording of all Check Vouchers & Reimbursements of all regions (EWTI).
3. Update Check Voucher monitoring as per Official Receipts received.
4. 2307 Masterfile monitoring and Collection receipt vs 2307 monitoring.
5. Systematic filing of shipment documents, 2307 and check vouchers.
6. Preparation of Documents/Check Vouchers to be used for Reyes Tacandong and BIR audit/checking purposes.
7. Submission of Finance payment request through Dingtalk system.
8. Admin tasks: Supplies and fixed asset monitoring and gate pass.
Graduate of BS Finance Management, Accountancy, Accounting tech or any other business-related courses.
1-2 yrs experience in Tax Accounting
Familiarity with Bir Forms and SAWT
Organized and have time management
