This exciting role in our Human Resources team will be key to build on our Development offering through targeted learning solutions per Business Departments, centrally administer global training activities and build eLearning content to support employee learning. We are looking for someone who is technically savvy, passionate about learning and development, and in helping us achieve our ambitious firm-wide initiatives.
What It's About
Work collaboratively with business leaders to design and implement targeted learning journeys and programs to develop technical and behavioural skills
Work independently to author and deliver eLearning content and administer classroom training through our LMS (SAP), including creating courses, uploading documents/links, testing, participant invites, reporting and ongoing global LMS administration
Centralize and coordinate the logistics and delivery of global, high-profile, complex learning solutions
Redesign and implement our Mentoring and Coaching programs
Manage training materials and related documentation, ensuring robust version control and governance
Liaise with third party service providers of educational tools
Prepare an evaluation process, gathering post-delivery information and compile reports with recommendations for review
Contribute to the scalable onboarding program to drive consistency throughout the firm
What we expect
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and additional certification is highly desirable
At least five years of experience in Learning and Developing, with essential track record in creating eLearning content, designing and delivering complex learning solutions, and this ideally working in an international environment
Proficiency in authoring software, such as Articulate, Lectora, Captivate, or similar
Technically savvy, with demonstrable experience administering a LMS (SAP experience is valuable)
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the proven track record working with diverse stakeholders and delivering high quality, error-free work
You work end to end, conduct solid planning and successfully deliver on tasks and projects in a timely and hands-on manner.
Passion to thrive and deliver creative solutions in a complex, dynamic, fast-paced working environment
Knowledge of adult learning theory
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
