Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Deal Advisory Supervisor to support M&A and transaction engagements across multiple industries. This role is responsible for guiding junior team members, performing financial analysis, and supporting the delivery of due diligence and valuation services. The role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of deal transactions and the opportunity to work closely with experienced deal professionals.The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in financial reporting and analysis, and experience working on transaction or audit engagements.Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation and review of financial due diligence reports, valuation models, and deal-related analyses.
Assist in identifying quality of earnings adjustments, working capital trends, and key deal risks and opportunities.
Review work prepared by junior analysts or associates for accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
Perform financial statement analysis and contribute to the development of client-facing reports and presentations.
Coordinate with engagement managers on project status, deliverables, and client communication.
Conduct industry and market research to support deal analysis and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, advisory, and audit to deliver integrated solutions.
Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, external audit, or corporate finance.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis and financial statement review.
Experience reviewing deliverables or managing components of a project is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling tools is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
