MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
License: Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
Experience: 1-2 years in manufacturing; Fresh Board Passers are welcome.
Location: Resident of Consolacion, Liloan, or Mandaue.
Technical Skills: Proficient in factory equipment, maintenance planning, OSHA/Safety codes, plumbing, and electrical/construction standards. 
Core Responsibilities:
 
The overall role of Maintenance Supervisor is to supervise all maintenance activities to ensure continuous process capability of all equipments, instruments and facilities.
Ensure effective maintenance of all plant facilities and process equipment.
Develop proper control procedures for maintenance function such as job orders, work schedules, equipment masterlist and control of Monitoring and Measuring Equipments (MME).
Consult with production personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs.
Organize all maintenance and engineering activities to ensure an efficient and productive plan of operation.
Review job orders, breakdown reports, schedules, checklist, material requisition, purchase request, service requisition, and other documentation of Maintenance Division.
Maintains sufficient spare parts inventory in coordination with Warehouse Division and ensures adequate control in utilization of spare parts.
Trains and motivate maintenance personnel to ensure efficient execution of maintenance programs.
Perform studies pertaining to equipment modifications and process improvements.
Performs verification procedures for all equipment, molds and spare parts received by Warehouse Division.
