JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of the overall daily operations of the store by ensuring attainment of sales targets, execution of sales-generating plans and programs, strict implementation of standard control, and consistent rendering of outstanding customer service. 
JOB DUTIES:
Oversee the operations of the store.
Conduct daily briefings with the store crew.
Achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly sales target.
Manage the schedules of store crews, cash-fund, and store equipment.
Implement store marketing campaigns such as promotion and tie-ups.
Monitor the daily inventory and ensure the availability of stocks.
Monitor the product expiration dates and ensure the implementation of FIFO.
JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing/HRM or equivalent.
At least 1-year working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food and Beverage or Restaurant Services.
Customer service oriented
Excellent communication skills
Must be flexible and willing to be assigned to Tanza Branch or Lakefront, Sucat, Muntinlupa Branch.
