Greetings in name of great Filipino coffee brew! Bo's Coffee, is proud to be called your local, homegrown brew. We are proud of our Filipino roots, our rich culture and origins; and as the top homegrown specialty coffee chain we are putting the spotlight in Philippine Coffee.
We provide a unique and inspiring coffee experience beyond just great coffee. We make it our business to support Philippine coffee farmers; having a mission to create a positive impact in the lives of people who we serve, work with us, do business with. We likewise, support local artisans to champion and promote our Philippine identity. We call them our Homegrown Partners: Theo and Philo Artisinal Chocolates, Bayani Brew, Nipa Foods, AntHill Fabric Gallery, Loudbasstard, and 22 Tango Records, to name a few.
Originally from Cebu, now headquartered in Makati, Metro Manila. We are continuously growing and expanding from a single kiosk founded by the current President and CEO, Mr. Steve D. Benitez, in Ayala Center back in 1996, now we are almost 100 stores nationwide.
With this growth, our demand for proud Filipino talents across the country, and even overseas, rises. We need more Filipinos to become our Partners in our advocacy.
We're currently in need of:
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Job description
Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to them
Responsible for associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals
Mediate as necessary when there are customer complaints or concerns that need immediate solutions.
Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times
Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization
Coordinates regularly with the Store Manager and Operations Manager for any changes/improvements in the store.
Conducts PEP talks and meeting to subordinates
Coordinates with other departments of the company to provide necessary reports
Graduate of HRM or any four-year course.
With at least 1 year of experience in the food industry.
Can start ASAP.
