STORE SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities
Helps in the profitability of his or her store by meeting shift targets, managing wastage and keeping inventory within acceptable levels
Provides guidance and set an example for team members, ensuring all systems and policies are maintained and complied with.
Promotes and practices safe work habits, reporting potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and team member incidents to the Area Supervisor
Provides coaching and develops Team Members for the next level
Proactive in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations.
Ensures Total Quality Experience for both internal and external guests
Responsible in making sure all store issues and breakdowns are reported and asking commitment from concerned departments.
Assists the Store in executing all sales promotions effectively and efficiently.
Eagerness and Competitiveness on hitting Monthly Target Sales given by the Top Management
Provides a healthy environment for his/her Team Member. Execute Coaching, Open communication and One on one, if needed
Provides Marketing Initiatives to help boost stores daily sales
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Education Requirement
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years retail experience.
Supervisory position in a specialty store or food establishment preferred.
Proficient in Google applications
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
