Purpose/ Mission:
Provide support to the retail store operations team across the implementation of actions in relation to achieving set retail KPIs. Support Own Retail business by implementing all day-to-day trading of the department by reviewing sales and stock and ensuring all in-season activity is focused upon delivering planned sales, margin and terminal stock objectives. This role will plan and trade product by providing feedback to relevant stakeholders
Accountabilities:
Primary Responsibility
Execute and manage RBO process & provide administrative support to the store.
Analyze and report the business performance of store. Use the information to translate into actionable plans to improve business
Identify Opportunities and Risks in the business in-season against plan and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
Provide fact-based product input and feedback for internal/external stakeholders (Pre and Post Season input will be needed.)
Monitor replenishment forecasts / orders and provide guidance to the Retail Buying and Retail Operations teams
To support and follow up on end of season stocks management - Product Life Cycle (PLC). Fulfilment of product/marketing introduction deadlines/capacity planning. Coordinate all Store Openings/Closings/ Remodels as the single point of contact for all other departments within market
Compliances
To observe both global and local policies and procedures in all dealings.
Support APAC changes and directions.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Professional background/ Experience:
Functional: Minimum 2 years in Retail Operations; Strong understanding of Retail Math and the ability to interpret sell through data to recommend changes that positively impacts the business.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Retail Management
Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail * Technology: Outlook - Advanced, Word - Advanced, Excel - Advanced, Powerpoint - Advanced
