Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Spanish
Excellent communication English skills
Customer Service and Technical Support experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
Responsible in taking phone call from Spanish in-store representative
Gather information for reported technical issues and concern
Follow step by step troubleshooting process to resolve issues
Record information for further investigation of level 2 IT Support
Manage hardware and software tickets
