Requirements:
Preferably Filipino national
Proficient in both Spanish and English
Bachelor's Degree of Any course
Customer service experience is an advantage
At Least 1 year experience in using the Spanish language
Responsibilities:
Managing Social Media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites/platforms.
Answers Customer inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays, cancellations, flight irregularities, facilities, and other general information.
Handle inquiries from loyal customers regarding rewards, points, and other promos
To provide timely daily reports to the respective supervisors
