Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve technical problems through diagnostic tests and hands-on repair work.
Customer Support - Provide prompt technical assistance, address customer inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
Documentation - Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance work.
Collaboration - Work closely with engineering, sales, and support teams to meet customer needs.
Quality & Safety Compliance - Ensure all services meet quality benchmarks and comply with safety regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or related field).
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and components.
Proven diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Must have driving skills and possess a valid driver's license.
Solid understanding of safety protocols when working with machinery and equipment.
