JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible in conducting troubleshoot, checking and repairs of audio-video units.
2. Installation of Televisions.
3. Recommend, analyze unit problems and perform feasible method of repair technologies.
4. Provide product usage information to the customer for proper operation and preventive maintainance.
5. Document Actions by completing required forms and preparing reports.
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. College Graduate in Electronics/Vocational Diploma or short course in Electronics or equivalent.
2. With at least 1 year solid experience in consumer electronics appliance repair, installation and servicing.
3. With active NC II/ NC III certification in consumer electronics appliance.
4.With driving skills and possess a valid driver's license (Type 1 & 2).
