JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
Produced timely and detailed service reports
Operate vehicle in a safely manner
Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
Build positive relationships with clients
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Technical course
Proven field service experience
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt changing work schedule
