SERVICE TECHNICIAN
 
Position Overview:
 
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair coffee machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with precision and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience is a plus.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
