Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair of elevator and escalator units.
Ensure 100% completion of preventive maintenance within assigned routes.
Use service reporting tools (e.g., Tarkie) to document work performed and needed parts.
Clean work areas, return covers, and ensure equipment safety after servicing.
Report open issues, unsafe conditions, and requests for parts or quotations to the supervisor.
Adhere to company safety, ethics, and operational policies.
College degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Technology, or Electrical Vocational Course.
NCII - Building and Wiring Installation (required); NCIII - Mechatronics (preferred).
At least 2 years' work experience; elevator industry experience is an advantage.
Strong technical background with preventive maintenance knowledge.
Good communication skills; able to engage with clients.
