Overview:
The EU/NALA Compensation Operations Leader oversees the operations delivery of compensation changes for the region. You will lead and mentor a team of compensation specialists and administrators in delivering the company's Employee Value Equation (EVE) ensuring that our greatest assets-our employees, including yourself, feel valued and rewarded through accurate, timely, and competitive compensation. The role is on a mid-shift schedule and is located in Manila, Philippines.
Your team:
This role is under the Global Compensation & Benefits Delivery service line of My P&G Services, Global Business Services and reports up to the MyPGS Global Compensation and Awards Leader. You will work with a team of compensation specialists and administrators to deliver the service and ensure compensation operations are executed with excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the compensation operations for Europe (EU), North America (NA), and Latin America (LA) markets.
Escalation point of contact for HR, Service Line leaders, and Comp & Ben leaders for the in-scope countries.
Lead the team of Compensation Specialists who execute the compensation changes review and approval processes.
Compensation admin role to review and approve promotions or adjustments concurrent with IA, and perform rescinds and corrections in Workday for compensation-related business processes as needed.
Manage the Level 2 support for Compensation related cases in Service Now (SNOW).
Partner with the Compensation Design & Governance team to ensure alignment of design to delivery strategies.
Provide support to the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) activities and questions that will go to the salaryplanning ion (group account).
Governance - ensures that the processes being executed are in line with the global compensation management guidelines and proper documentation is available for any deviation (i.e. approved exceptions).
Continuous Improvement - identify opportunities to simplify and automate, and ensure standardization within the team.

Excellent Service Delivery: Deliver compensation changes and support business needs against the established operational SLAs/KPIs.
Be able to identify and implement simplification, automation, and/or standardization initiatives, and drive better user experience.
Be able to drive data analytics and action plans.
Enable growth within the organization.
Be able to develop skills in People Management, Communication, Compensation & Benefits Service Delivery, Data Management and Privacy - as you will handle highly sensitive company information, Project Management, and principle-based decision making.
Job Qualifications
Desired skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field of Finance, Human Resource, Business Administration, or other related field.
Execution excellence, strong leadership, and team management skills.
Operational discipline and collaboration skills.
Principle-based decision making, issue management, and work process improvement expertise.
Agility and reliability in meeting business requirements.
Knowledge and skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Platform particularly MS Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate are preferred.
