Job Summary:
The Service Crew provides excellent service to customers and guarantees that products served are in accordance with Kettle Foods Corporation product specification. He/She ensures that equipment and all related instruments are well-maintained and safely kept. Also, he/she performs daily cash count and deposits collection as required; and conducts and reports inventory status of packaging and raw materials.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5'2" for female and 5'4" for male
• Candidates must possess at least a vocational diploma/short course certificate, bachelor's degree or completed at least 2nd year level of college education.
• Well-groomed and with pleasing personality
• Excellent customer service skills gained from previous work experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work in mall hour schedule and/or shifting schedule.
• With good customer relations attitude.
• Honest and with good moral character.
