We are expanding and we are urgently looking for more staff to work at our upcoming branch at the Mahi Center, Brgy. Ibo, Lapulapu City:
 
SERVICE CREW / CASHIER / BARISTA
 
Responsibilities:
Manage transactions with customers using POS.
Interact with customers and facilitate transactions, orders, and / or other requests
Interface and facilitate orders through third party delivery providers
Help in order fulfillment
Introduce products and provide value to the customers
Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
Maintain clean and tidy counter and coffee areas.
Requirements and Skills:
Work experience as a Service Crew and or Cashier and or in a similar role in sales is advantage.
Familiarity with electronic equipment, like POS.
Good math skills.
Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
Customer satisfaction-oriented.
Basic coffee knowledge such as how to prepare common coffee beverages.
With work experience as Barista is an advantage.
Willing to be trained
Willing to work in different shifts
Willing to be assigned to a different location from time to time, as needed
To the successful candidates, we offer a 450/day allowance while in training. Successful trainees will be employed as permanent staff.
