Knowledgeable in Car Preventive Maintenance, General Repairs, and Car Diagnosis.

Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and has good verbal and nonverbal communication skills required for effectively advising customers on service needs.
Can work effectively under pressure and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities.
Must be knowledgeable to drive a 4-wheel vehicle with a valid Driver's license.
Job OverviewResponsible for receiving customers, conducting cost estimation and job order creation. Provides customer with updates, explanation and complaints resolution.
