SERVICE ADVISOR
 
Responsibilities:
Estimates costs and completion time at point of sale and clearly communicate them to customers.
Reviews work in progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
Occasionally assists technicians when there are queries regarding works to be performed.
Makes estimates for internal, GJ repair Orders and Body Paint Repairs
Notifies customers ASAP of any changes, delays or additional work needed.
Sells Parts and Accessories and additional services by pointing out service specials or additional work needed.
Gives special attention to repeat repairs to ensure the situation is corrected.
Prepares Repair Order of the unit after the repair is completed.
Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
