SERVICE ADVISOR
BRANCH: Mitsubishi- Avescor Motors, Inc.-Bacolod, Araneta St., Bacolod City 6100
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend incoming customers with courtesy and facilitate their service needs immediately.
Prompt response to customer's complaint and request. Frequently assures the satisfaction of the customers as far as meeting their service needs in concern. Further, extend good rapport with our service customers.
Should perform the "Service Advisor's Job Flow" diligently and efficiently.
Properly perform the Standard Service Operations Flow and Procedures.
Monitor the Service Sales and must attain the team's target set by the management. Monitor should be done daily, weekly and monthly on as per technician basis.
Should help the company in attaining its targets by constant marketing of the services and products.
Prompt service appointments, inquiries, and repair estimates as requested by the customers.
Prompt attention in the case of rescue related services during office hour or after office hours as per coordination with the service manager.
Follow proper pricing of service charges and contribute profit.
Check and maintain proper reports as required by the service manager as well as MMPC required reports.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Preferably with a degree of mechanical/industrial Engineering
Fast learner and Self-motivated
Proven interpersonal and communication skills
