Act as a professional advisor and communicator of Service Department to service customers
Responsible and accountable in receiving inquiries on servicing and approved repair procedures and vehicle operation.
Responsible and accountable for accurate recording of customer and vehicle data
Responsible for maintaining clean data as required by the company.
Updates customers on repair status or current status of parts or any other request in relation with the repair of the customer unit.
Monitors status and work in progress based on the actual repair time and date/time promised of the vehicle being service.
Check repairs done on the vehicle to make sure that it conforms to the repair order.
Graduate of 2 or 4 year Automotive course, preferably with Automotive NC2 or higher Certificate, Mechanical Engineering Graduate
With 3 years of working experience
Knowledgeable in automotive specially two or three wheel vehicles maintenance and servicing
Knowledgeable in report making
Knowledge in production operation would be an advantage
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Must be keen to details
