SERVICE ADVISOR
Job Description
 
The Service Advisor is mainly responsible in receiving customer vehicles, performs customer consultation on vehicle concerns. Performs inter-active reception and upsell Aftersales products and services, conducts vehicle checklist and pre-diagnosis. Prepares repair order and tracks its status. Provides customer update and performs vehicle handover to customer.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Automotive Technology.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Required skill(s): Customer Focus, Maintenance Practices, Knowledge in Car Repair.
Ability to communicate well
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications; Word, Ppt and Excel.
Knows how to drive, must have a valid driver's license
Willing to be assigned in Baic Cebu, Corner J. Panes St. and Gov. M. Cuenco Ave., Banilad, Cebu City.
