Using a consultative approach, you will provide expert recruitment advice utilising your leadership qualities and influencing skills to drive your client relationships as you build and support workforce planning initiatives. Working in partnership with a centralised talent sourcing function, based in Manila, this true client partnering role will see you provide exceptional recruitment advice to deliver top talent to the organisation.
With a focus on delivering a top-tier process and experience to stakeholders across the business, you will be provided with access to the latest technologies, tools and Korn Ferry IP so that you are well-equipped to deliver the best outcomes.
Experience
With a demonstrated background in Talent Acquisition, ideally with exposure and experience gained within Scientific, Technical, Medical or Legal, Publishing, Information Analytics or the Sales and Marketing arena, you will create an immediate impact with your hiring managers. In this hands-on role you will take full accountability for the end to end recruitment process including sourcing and screening, candidate management and stakeholder engagement.
You will demonstrate strong capability in managing stakeholders, taking initiative and lateral thinking, in addition to having a high work ethic and a proactive, positive attitude. Your strong consultative nature will make you shine in this role. Resilience and the ability to deal with ambiguity will enhance the opportunity to forge strong relationships.
