Functional overview ?
The Senior TA Specialist shall be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill technical and corporate positions. ?

Duties and responsibilities ?
? * Collaborates with the stakeholders, HR Head and Department Heads or Hiring Managers for Job specifications and directions.
? * Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
? * Source candidates through different channels such as Social Media, Employee Referral Program,
? * Online Job Search Engine.
? * Experiments on different recruitment tools to guarantee quality of hires and efficiency in hiring.
? * Monitors the daily flow of applicants and new hires. Updates the database of applicants which
? * includes the applications' progress.
? * Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying
? * references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
? * Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers,
? * interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
? * Actively work to reduce the timeframe from candidate identification to on-boarding.
? * Maintains and tracks requirements of newly on-boarded employees.
? * Perform other HR-related functions.

Minimum qualifications ?
? * Graduate in any discipline with additional qualification in HR / Personnel Management desirable
? * At least 2-3 years of working as Sourcing or Recruiting, preferably with experience in Technical Recruitment.
? * Proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
