Description
Our team provides exceptional customer service to our customers that are approaching the end of their lease. Specialists must have excellent phone skills with the ability to covey and explain lease end options and obligations to the customer. Must be able to handle high volume of inbound calls in a professional manner. Specialists interact with internal and external customers to validate data and document accounts pertaining to auto leases. Specialists must be able to provide customer support and be able to follow the quality initiatives by compliance and the Chase Auto line of business.
We are looking for individuals with a passion with customer service with the following skill sets:

- Take ownership of each customer while empathizing and prioritizing needs
- Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations
- Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building
Communications skills
- Effective verbal and written communication with both external and internal customers
- Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
- Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening
- Problem solving skills
- Approach problems logically and with good judgement to ensure proper outcomes
- Make appropriate decisions quickly and effectively on behalf of the customer
- Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency
- Conduct research as needed
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Work Schedule
The department's operational hours are 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Work Schedules will be assigned during training. Candidates must be able to work any schedule within the department's operational hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service / call center environment
- Assertive with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient PC skills to include MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Scheduling Flexibility
- Ability to work independently and well organized
