Job Description:
The individual is focused on manage the product designated product portfolio and its related solution with clear Go-To-Market strategies into targeted industries, while creating competitive edge against our keen competitor(s) working with stakeholders in global, regional and local.
He/She should technically adept and with expertise to the designated product, must be able to provide support, training, spec-in proposals and coordinate with other product experts locally and overseas.
Product
Implement of product portfolio strategies with SMART goals
Responsible for the product performance by revenue, GP%
Manage the entire Product Lifecycle management of the products
Schedule and facilitate new and existing product training sessions.
Analyse and report the product malfunctions as feedback on quality improvement
Price
Manage the product pricing thru market competition review and positioning thru analysis of pricing matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for products of the business
Promotion
Responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market
Place
Plan go-to-market strategies in alignment with Country Sales (in APAC region) demand.- Manage for product availability based on the customer's demand and our company's needs
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in Product Marketing Management in a regional role (Asia Pacific).
Comprehensive understanding of Product & Market Trends
Prior experience in Industrial Automation industry is a bonus.
Basic strategy tools (4P, 3C, PLM, Ansoff's Growth Matrix, Porter's Generic Strategies, SWOT, etc.)
Finance Concepts (ROI, PL, Breakeven Analysis, etc.)Comprehensive understanding of Product & Market Trends
Communication (Collaborative work, Negotiation, Speaking & Listening Skills)
Logical Reasoning (Making Decisions, Methodical Approach, Research, Problem Solving)
Technical Competencies (Creative thinking, Technical Capabilities, Computer Literacy, Data Management, Program Knowledge)
Domestic travel between customer sites and regional work travel as and when required. May involve international travel from time to time.
