Job Description
The Senior Patient Value Access Specialist is responsible for creating awareness of the Specialty medicines portfolio of the company through educating Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) on Takeda's Access to Medicine (ATM) products & support services and for ensuring the successful entry of Takeda in the Rare diseases category, working closely with the Patient Value Access Lead.
Responsible for key activities including : identifying local experts such as Medical Oncologists, Hematologists and Rare Disease specialists; disseminating information about the brand and Takeda's access programs in a timely manner to all target HCPs involved in the patient flow; gathering of insights; delivery of brand and Patient Assistance Program presentation and; identifying opportunities for the brand and the expansion of Takeda's access programs. In addition, this position must deliver relevant KPIs on the agreed programs & activities for execution, including product strategy planning & ensuring launch readiness in the therapy area of Rare Diseases.
In close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Alliance Management, Health Systems Liaison (HSL) and Ethics and Compliance Manager; he/she would be responsible for executing the value proposition of Takeda's innovative life-changing treatment options, and disseminating the value messages to relevant stakeholders.
