We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual who have IT-related experience to join our Technology Operations Team. This role will work together with the Senior Infrastructure Engineer and another Senior IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day concerns. The role will be reporting to the Associate Manager for Technology Operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and administer all Infrastructure including Servers, Desktops, VOIP systems, network devices, and all software
systems used onsite and remotely
Maintain and implement information and network security
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of IT tools and equipment
Facilitate acquisition of IT hardware and software
Review business process, document and recommend system improvements
Install, configure, and implement Information Systems and Infrastructure
Train and re-train users of the system
Ensure proper utilization of all IT hardware and software
Perform regular maintenance, backup, and upgrades
Serve as the primary contact and support for all IT related issues
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Certifications in various hardware and software vendor solutions if available
Experience in the Ecommerce industry is an advantage
High Proficiency in the implementation and management of the following technologies
Has background with Database Management, SQL, ASP, Visual .Net and C# programming
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic Learner, Hardworking and good Team player
Must be amenable to shifting schedules
Must be amenable to be assigned in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway
