The role will create process automation for all GBS centers covering all workstreams and aims to reduce business costs. The job holder will be responsible for process mapping and IT solutions/systems from technical assessement, design, develop, test, debug and deployment. Implement automation solutions within and outside the Continental GBS Manila organization, using related business applications. Analyze and transfer business processes into the automation tools and ensure a comprehensive rollout and after go live maintenance and support. Engineer innovative solutions while playing a hands-on development role to deliver products in a rapid and dynamic environment. Be involved in challenging and fast paced projects supporting business by delivering innovative systems. Work with technical team in a cross functional environment, to implement quality products that meet business goals.The candidate is expected to be self-motivated, pro-active and solution-oriented individual.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Automation Development
Deploy automation solutions via dedicated tools (incl. UI Path).
Business Processes
Analyze and transfer business processes (e. g. F&A, Purchasing, Customer Service, HR etc.) in collaboration with the specific functional department into an automation environment.
Implementation
Create implementation documentation and perform the testing.
Post Go Live
Ensure the post go live stability and maintenance of the solutions and implement required changes.
Stakeholder Management
Work with a global, cross-functional environment, to implement quality automaton that meet business goals.
Requirements
Required Knowledge
Excellent communication skills - most specially with organization team members and other locations
Experience in automation deployment, experience in UI Path, and experience in other IT solutions/systems is an advantage
Knowledge in business processes (e. g. F&A, Purchasing, Customer Service, HR etc.) and ability to analyze, understand and transfer these into an automation environment
SAP R3 experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications especially Excel for reporting
Required Experience
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IT or any equivalent course
At least 5 years Process Automation Experience preferably in Robotic process automation (RPA) in Finance and Accounting
3-5 year experience on leading/co-leading project management implementation or has performed systems evaluation and business process design-related tasks
Basic leadership skills is required in performing projects, coaching, calibration and in working with management to staff level
Basic exposure in other culture is preferred for the role in consideration of global projects
