Job Title: Senior Associate - AU Payroll Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end payroll process for weekly and monthly.
Processing to ensure all operational requirements are met and Experts and employees are paid correctly and on time in accordance with legislative requirements.
Onboard new starters into the payroll system
Plan and update daily and weekly cash flow that relates to payroll processing.
Upload NZ timesheet monthly in a timely manner
Manage the accounts inbox and ensure prompt responses for all payroll inquiries in a timely manner.
Partnership with outsourced Global payroll provider to complete pay cycle.
Prepare and reconcile PAYG, Superannuation
Assist with month-end payroll reporting, including employee leave liability, timesheet report and employee data etc.
System administration/troubleshooting system issues
Identify & implement initiatives to improve payroll procedures & create time efficiency.
Be an escalation point for any queries regarding expert payments.
Analyze and resolve any payment discrepancies related to payroll.
Job Qualifications:
Min 3 Years experienced working in Australian Payroll processing
Intermediate to Advanced skill with MS Word, Excel skills -Pivot Table & v-lookups
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Being familiar with Australian payroll, tax legislation
Experience using Employment Hero and Astute for ANZ payroll would be an advantage.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail

8am to 5pm
