About the LOB Estate Call Support caters to two lines of service: Estate Service (Full Service) and Wellstrade Estate Service (WT Service). They answer questions/queries from front office personnel (Full Service) and for external clients (WT Service) and provide information and paperwork needed to process death claims for IRA and Non-IRA accounts. They also handlesinquiries regarding IRA divorce processing and how to submit requests for Account Valuations. About the Role The Securities Operations Service Specialist 2 (SOSS2) position is within the WIM Brokerage Operations - Estate Processing Department, part of Client Onboarding and Account Services Group at Wells Fargo Advisors. Job Responsibilities: Primary (90%( Voice Support (Inbound) Full Service (Estate Service): Walkthrough the Financial advisors and Client associates (FA/CA) in submitting and processing a death claim for IRA and NON_IRA accounts Explain policies, procedures and provides information on required documents, how to submit them related to processing a death claim and move / transfer assets from deceased account to the beneficiaries account. Educate FA/CA on how to submit service requests / journals in Smart Station related to death claim processing or divorce policy. Provides status/reason for reject of SRs submitted by FA/CAs as well as SLAs Assists FA/CA in divorce processing for IRA accounts and account valuations Escalates cases as necessary for further research, investigation, error correction, expedites, etc WellsTrade Service (Wellstrade Estate): Assist and explain policies and procedures to external clients in processing death claim requests and move assets from deceased account to beneficiary account(s). Account maintenance and submits beneficiary research requests (for IRA only) to processing related to initial date of death report Sends to beneficiaries/possible beneficiaries list and copies of required documents and provides information on how to fill out/submit process death claim and move/transfer assets from deceased account to the beneficiaries account. Provides information about the status and next steps necessary to external clients/beneficiaries on an existing death claim request as well as SLAs Assists external clients on divorce processing for IRA accounts and account valuations. Escalates cases as necessary for further research, investigation, legal advice, error correction, expedites, etc. VOICE SUPPORT (Outbound) Initiates outbound calls to External and Internal Clients as necessary. Provide high customer service. Moderate to high multitasking skills. Promotes a high standard of work quality. Have a strong sense of integrity and abides by the company code of conduct, adapt to all program updates on Policies and Procedures. Secondary (10% of the time): Timely completion of Compliance Courses, receive coaching and attend team meetings and trainings.
