Job Summary
 
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth for the awards and recognition business by managing and expanding corporate accounts.
 
This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, the ability to coordinate closely with production teams, and hands-on field sales capability. The successful candidate must be confident in client-facing engagements, capable of handling end-to-end sales cycles, and comfortable operating in a manufacturing environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Sales & Account Management
Develop and manage B2B client accounts including corporations, institutions, and organizations.
Identify new business opportunities for awards, recognition programs, signages, and corporate giveaways.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and on-site visits.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow through until order confirmation.
Coordinate internally with Production, QA, and Logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
Field & Operational Support
Perform regular client visits and follow-ups; role requires mobility.
Assist in site visits, deliveries, and client coordination when required.
Understand production timelines, material limitations, and manufacturing constraints to manage client expectations properly.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and pipeline reports.
Provide weekly sales updates and forecasts to Management.
Ensure proper documentation of orders, revisions, and approvals.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with production lead times, costing, and custom orders
Experience working with Corporate Procurement or Marketing Departments
Skills & Competencies
Strong B2B selling and relationship management skills
High level of accountability and follow-through
Ability to translate client requirements into actionable production briefs
Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Professional demeanor in client-facing situations
Work Setup
Field-based with regular office and factory presence and coordination
Willing to travel locally for client meetings
