SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Veterinary or equivalent.
With good scholastic records, excellent communication skills.
Must know how to drive and a holder of a valid driver's license.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
No work experience required.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statement and core values of the company.
Undertakes and implements all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines on sales and collection, conduct of inventory, store merchandising, implementation of corporate and brand programs and related concerns.
Solicits new accounts through trade outlet / farm penetration campaigns.
Undertakes regular account coverage or regular customer servicing by way of personal visits.
Conducts business development, public relations, and promotional activities involving product presentations, seminars, sampling, etc. for trade outlets to facilitate product movement and acquire new clients.
Monitors accounts receivables from trade outlets and undertakes collections consistent with the approved credit terms and conditions.
Prepares and submits required periodic reports such as itinerary, sales and collection forecasts, daily coverage report, sales and collection updates, trade inventories, competitive activities, brand program implementation updates, etc.
Manages company resources such as company vehicle, traveling cash advances, cash advances for implementation of corporate / brand programs, etc.
Performs such other duties and responsibilities related to and/or implied from the above enumeration
