Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Representative for our lab sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive face-to-face sales experience and the ability to travel easily. After successful completion of the 2-week training, candidates will start working as a Lab Sales Representative in the Lapu-Lapu/Cebu area. Regular performance evaluations will be conducted, and after 6 months, candidates will be considered for regularization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face sales visits to clients in the Lapu-Lapu areas
Promote and sell lab products effectively
Build strong relationships with customers
Provide quick responses to customer inquiries
Meet sales targets and KPIs
Maintain professionalism and a strong work ethic
Qualifications:
Male or Female
25-45 years old
Must reside in Lapu-Lapu or Cebu City
Must have a personal motorbike for travel
At least 3 years of face-to-face sales experience
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Must be loyal, prompt, and able to think critically in sales situations
