JOB DESCRIPTION
Defines sales, distribution & expense management goals establishes the strategies to meet them, and develops a comprehensive set of plans to integrate and coordinate activities in the Sales Division
Monitors sales activities to ensure programs are being accomplished as planned and remain aligned to national direction. Corrects any significant deviations through the Regional Sales Managers
Manages & approves all expenses & allocation of resources (both admin and sales-related charges) of RSMs up to signing authority.
Represents the organization at major negotiations & social functions with congregations & key customers.
Do fieldwork with Regional Sales Managers to coach, motivate, and continuously develop competencies while checking the consistency of execution in the field.
Provides speedy feedback to and from other departments on important issues of the business.
Coordinates closely with key departments such as Marketing, Printing/logistics, and Publishing to ensure that the Sales team is well equipped and well-informed.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships/partnerships with key customers (to be determined).
Must develop an excellent working knowledge of the company’s products and services.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any Business Course
Has strong understanding on the following
         a. Customer Service
         b. Client Relation
         c. Appointment Setting
Willing to travel around Palawan and nearby Islands.
