SALES REPRESENTATIVE for Ormoc City
 
Job Qualification:
Any Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in business, marketing, economics, or related field
At least a year of experience in sales
Must be a resident/currently residing around Ormoc City
Understanding the Sales Process and Dynamics
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment 
Able to work with less supervision
Able to clearly present product and provide service information
Good personal presentation
Job Description:
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Maintaining client records
Attending biddings particularly public/government biddings
