Answer questions about services or about the company.
Meet weekly/monthly KPI's and sales targets
Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline daily
Formulate and ask the right questions to understand customer requirements in order to close sales
Keep records of all activities including calls, emails, relevant information exchange.
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle issues and formulate solutions to help customers with their needs.
Develop and maintain accurate service knowledge.
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.
Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
Send and discuss service literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
Achieve daily, monthly, annual targets.
Most important is customer obsession.
Experience in telesales or other sales/customer service role - minimal
Motivated, enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
