🧩 What You'll Be Doing🎯 Lead Generation & Qualification
Identify, research, and qualify potential leads for complex B2B services across multiple industries
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
Personalize outreach messages to maximize engagement and response rates
Use CRM and automation tools to manage pipeline and maintain accurate records of activity
📞 Relationship Building & Communication
Conduct strategic phone calls with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
Ask thoughtful questions to qualify opportunities and identify alignment with service offerings
Manage follow-up sequences and nurture long-term prospect relationships
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
📊 Performance & Reporting
Track outreach metrics, lead conversions, and pipeline growth in CRM
Provide feedback and insights to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Continuously test messaging and channels to improve conversion rates
✅ Who You Are
2-4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or outbound sales
Proven ability to generate and qualify leads for complex or consultative service offerings
Strong communicator with excellent English skills - confident on both email and phone
Skilled at LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and CRM management
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with excellent time management
Motivated by results and eager to hit (and exceed) targets
Adaptable, curious, and always seeking to improve through feedback and experimentation
Bonus Points
Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or
Knowledge of B2B SaaS, consulting, or agency services
Familiarity with automated outreach tools and multi-touch cadences
