Proven prospecting/outbound calling track record with Mid-market and large enterprise companies
Able to determine a prospect's needs and translate those needs into a potential fit for the Sprout Saas Solution
Understands the concept of needs identification
Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals
Minimum 3 years experience with outbound sales prospecting/outbound calling/sales or any related job
The ability to work excellently with limited supervision
A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude
Sound business judgment, integrity, and commitment to excellence
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills; effective communicator, exemplary presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent in writing business emails
Good communication skills both written and oral
Must be proficient in Ms word, excel, and PowerPoint
Good presentation skills
Tasks:
Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using social media like LinkedIn and other resources, to identify new prospects
Responsible for qualifying potential prospects as worthy of follow up or not
Responsible for identifying sales opportunities via a variety of cold prospecting techniques
Must build the sales prospects pipeline using Sprout's CRM
Has strong attention to detail and ability to multitask/ work on multiple and simultaneous projects
Able to work autonomously
Able to work at all levels within a target prospect account, from manager to C level
Work hand in hand with SDR manager and team lead on Ad Hoc tasks
