Renewals Manager (On-Site Cyber Sigma, Taguig)
 
Job Description:
Mission: Retain and grow recurring revenue by owning a portfolio of subscription renewals end-to-end-driving timely, accurate closures, minimizing churn/contraction, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring strong customer communication.
 
Qualifications:
3+ years in renewals, account management, sales support, or customer success (B2B SaaS or adjacent industry).
Strong communication skills (written & verbal English).
Working knowledge of Salesforce (or equivalent CRM); disciplined note-taking and pipeline hygiene.
Commercial fluency with SaaS renewals (basic pricing, terms, usage adjustments, and discounts).
Ability to work cross-functionally and follow clear rules of engagement (AE owns new business/expansion; RM owns renewals/true-ups).
Offshore specifics
Strong English (written & verbal); clear documentation habits; secure workspace with stable internet.
Ability to overlap 6-8 hours with North America or EMEA.
Nice To Have Qualifications:
Strong negotiation skills with procurement; ability to defend value and terms.
Experience with CPQ, CLM, or billing systems.
Must Have Requirements:
Renewal execution: Runs full renewal cycles-quoting → negotiation → booking.
Lifecycle discipline: Prepares/quotes/signs renewals on time; minimizes last-minute risks.
Cross-functional alignment: Works closely with AE/CS; respects boundaries for new vs. renewal business.
CRM hygiene: Keeps Salesforce data accurate and updated.
Metrics-driven: Works to Renewal Rate, On-time Renewal %, and activity completion rates.
Risk management: Identifies risks early and raises to leadership or AE.
Tools fluency: Salesforce + e-signature tools; comfortable with dashboards and playbooks.
Offshore readiness: Excellent communication, documentation, reliable internet, secure workspace, time-zone overlap.
What you'll do:
Own renewal opportunities from prep to signature; generate accurate quotes, negotiate terms, and book on or before the subscription renewal date.
Maintain clean Salesforce records with accurate stages, notes, and forecasts; keep next steps and risk notes current.
Partner with Account Executives and Customer team on strategy, risk mitigation, and account planning.
Monitor account health, identify at-risk renewals early, and escalate when needed.
Work effectively with channel partners and procurement; manage true-ups, co-terming, and term-length changes per policy.
