Renewals Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English) | B2B SaaS
 
Work Setup
 
This is a Hybrid position, with a requirement to work on-site, 3 times a week at Robinsons Cyber Sigma, Lawton Avenue, Taguig City.
 
About the Role
 
We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Renewals Manager who is fluent in both Spanish and English and has a strong background in B2B SaaS renewals, customer retention, or account management.
 
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of subscription renewals from start to finish, helping customers continue to get value from their software while driving revenue retention and identifying opportunities for account growth. You'll work closely with Account Executives, Customer Experience, RevOps, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth renewal process and an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
Own the entire renewal process from quote preparation through contract signature, ensuring renewals are completed on or before expiration.
Prepare accurate renewal quotes and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and renewal agreements.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and renewal forecast using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Partner with Account Executives, Customer Experience, and cross-functional teams to reduce churn and maximize customer retention.
Identify renewal risks early and develop action plans to improve renewal outcomes.
Look for opportunities to expand customer accounts through multi-year agreements, usage adjustments, or additional products where appropriate.
Collaborate with procurement teams and channel partners while managing contract updates, true-ups, co-terming, and subscription changes.
Keep CRM records, customer communications, and opportunity updates accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Sales with responsibility for subscription renewals.
Proven success negotiating commercial agreements and consistently achieving high renewal and retention rates.
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
Familiarity with quoting, contract management, and electronic signature platforms.
Strong understanding of SaaS subscription models, including pricing, renewals, usage-based licensing, multi-year agreements, and customer retention strategies.
Comfortable working with procurement teams and reviewing commercial contract terms.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple renewal opportunities simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company.
Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers.
