About the RoleWe are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and sales-driven female professional to join our remote team supporting an upscale beauty salon based in Business Bay, Dubai. This remote role blends customer service, online sales, and administrative coordination. You'll be the digital face of our salon, managing customer interactions, driving bookings, and supporting operational logistics for both in-salon and home service appointments.Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Support
Greet and engage clients virtually via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and online booking platforms
Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service recommendations
Follow up on appointments, feedback, and rebooking opportunities
Sales & Upselling
Promote salon services and products through digital channels
Convert inquiries into bookings and cross-sell additional treatments or retail products
Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
Administrative Tasks
Maintain and update digital records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or salon management software
Manage the salon's appointment calendar and coordinate scheduling with therapists and service teams
Handle invoicing, payment confirmations, and digital cash tracking
Operational Coordination
Assist in organizing home visit logistics and ensure smooth communication between clients and therapists
Support internal team communication and timely reporting of client needs and appointments
Track service feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and strong time management
Friendly, empathetic, and sales-focused approach Familiarity with salon management platforms (e.g., Fresha, Booksy)
Experience handling Instagram/WhatsApp Business for client communication
Knowledge of beauty or wellness products/services
