The Role:
Rare opportunity for an experienced Digital Media Manager to join our team and lead the Digital Planning and Buying function across all digital media channels (excluding ecomm Marketplaces) across 6 markets. The Regional Senior Digital Media Manager can be based in either Malaysia or Philippines, and will build and own the relationships with Media Partners (Google, Facebook, Tik Tok etc), manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our clients' objectives and help them seize their full potential. The role will cover brands across multiple markets in SEA as part of the Regional Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Managing and build a small team of planner/buyers
Media planning and full-funnel strategy utilizing top digital channels such as Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, Google Search, Display, etc.
Work closely with client teams in developing marketing plans and KPIs
Driving campaign operations applying the best practices in terms of execution: setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across channels
Manage revenue delivery and budget spend, including daily optimization and providing real time targeting recommendations
Train marketing team members on off-platform execution when necessary
Create and implement A/B testing frameworks, lift tests, and other forms of experiments to ensure consistent growth
Advise clients and marketing teams on tracking and tagging for measurement
Manage Analytics and performance report sharing with clients, advising them on optimization potential and insights
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business or any related fields
5+ years (digital) media experience either in a media agency or in-house team
Ability to lead a small team
Extensive knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook for Business (Meta) is needed
Experience with other channels such as Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic is a plus
Experience in media planning and strategy, setting and managing budgets, optimizing ad performance, and negotiating with 3rd parties
Experience in tracking and tagging (Google analytics, Google tag manager, UTM, Floodlight tags)
Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics
Familiar with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Campaign Manager
Strong analytical skills with excellent sense of data and numbers
Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and ecommerce environment
Fluent in English
Digital Marketing Certifications on Facebook and Google Ads are preferred
