Job Description:
 
Develops, implements, and manages an organization's social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content (videos, graphics, copy), managing content calendars, monitoring community interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on social trends. 
 
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Produce or delegate high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for platforms
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and follower growth, and prepare performance reports for management.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns.
Keep abreast of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies. 
Requirements:
Typically 1-4+ years in social media, digital marketing, or brand management, with a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content.
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and basic web design.
