This role ensures the company discovers and selects top talent while promoting a positive candidate experience and maintaining a strong employer brand. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and skilled at balancing multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from job briefing, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning priorities.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards (i.e.. LinkedIn) referrals and other creative channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
Analyze hiring data and metrics to identify process improvements and hiring trends.
Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
Skills & Competencies
Possess a bachelor's degree in HR / Psychology / Business Studies / Administration / HR or any related course / higher.
At least 2-5 years of experience in HR related functions, ideally in recruitment
Experienced in utilizing job boards and other related HR / recruitment platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; an advantage to have other languages especially Mandarin
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Must possess: a sense of urgency, accountability, responsibility, ambition
Ability to set priorities to complete assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
Problem solving skills: ability to identify potential problems and proactively generate ideas for acceptable solutions
Positive, energetic, confident, professional and team-oriented attitude
