Rate: $6/hr and earn up to PHP 59,300+/month + 3% monthly commission for every position filled
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Qualifications:
 
Education
College level or higher; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
 
Recruitment Duties
Review form responses and identify qualified applicants.
Send interview links to shortlisted candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and facilitate client interviews.
Schedule client interviews and update the interview sheet.
Send rejection emails to unqualified applicants.
Endorse qualified candidates to the BDM.
Front Desk Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain security and telecommunications systems (e.g., visitor logbooks, issuing visitor badges).
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Administrative Duties
Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed.
Maintain filing and documentation systems (electronic and hard copy).
Assist in preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with vendors or building management.
