Introduction
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) role is accountable for lead generation, talent pipeline, creating and managing saved searches and taking actions that drives applicant flow across high-volume roles, for both current openings and pipelining for future positions.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Acts as a brand ambassador in all electronic communications
Verifies jobs are posted in client's careers website
Pulls keywords and requisition details from discovery document and/or job posting to create search strings
Creates or utilizes provided bit.ly links with URL Builder to track sources of applicant traffic
Drives traffic electronically to postings and sourcing for assigned requisitions, using database mining, job portals, social networks, referrals, and internet sourcing electronically.
Manages candidate lead generation and talent pipelining
Maintains exceptional partnerships with Talent Advisors and Talent Sourcers by documenting activities as prescribed in the process, providing email updates, and attending meetings as applicable
Documents all sourcing activities in the customer's CRM
Completes additional duties and assigned projects as needed
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree or 1+ year experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a high demanding customer service environment
Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet based systems.
Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
OTJ Training or work experience in Taleo or other applicant tracking systems (ATS)
1+ year of experience in a recruitment or sourcing role or equivalent
Excellent grammar and written communication skills
Ability to balance high volume workload with 100% accuracy
Proven solid attendance record with all past employment
Experience working with a team
