Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resource Development Management
With strong background and experience in HR field particularly in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring applicants
With strong personality and able to do multitasking
Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Knows how to handle or manage people
