Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Create and implement strong follow-up systems for all client database groups to include drip campaigns, calls, emails, videos, etc.
Customer/Agent care: posting settlements, maintaining a calendar of and posting to social media sites for birthdays, holidays, home anniversaries and agent spotlights.
Maintain brand standards and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new business, and connect with past clients and sphere of influence.
Track and measure all marketing revenues and Return of Investment.
Respond to all inquiries, including email and Facebook correspondence in a timely manner by providing the information requested.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls and emails.
Maintain all lead follow up systems to build pipeline and close deals.
